If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding items that have been opened, used, or washed.


2. Important: Choose the Correct Size and Color

Before completing your purchase, please ensure you have selected:

  • The correct size that matches your bed dimensions.

  • The desired color and fabric type as shown in the product listing.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully.
If you are unsure about a size or color, please contact our support team before placing your order — we’re happy to assist.

Returns due to incorrect size or color selection by the customer will not be eligible for a free return or refund.


3. How to Initiate a Return

In your email, include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your parcel.

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked returns.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect product

  • The packaging and shipping label

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order with the correct size or color.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bedding items (e.g., pillowcases, sheets, mattress toppers)

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
